Late 19th century Wright and Ditson tennis racquet made in Boston MA.
This is a highly collectible racquet made and signed by Wright and Ditson. Their company is a historic American sporting goods brand established in 1871 by Baseball Hall of Famer George Wright and Boston businessman Henry Ditson. they were known for making and selling premium sports equipment to consumers worldwide.
This racquet has a lovely cross hatched grip handle and what appears to be the original stringing.
