This classic office chair features original dark gray leather upholstery on dark gray frame, five-star cast aluminum swivel base with silver rolling carpet casters and red accent adjustment knob. The comfortable, contoured ergonomic design features thick, plush cushions and swivel seat with adjustable height and backrest tilt. An iconic and collectible desk chair - perfect for home or office. Date stamped April 1, 1988 with Herman Miller logo on underside.

Released in 1961, the Eames Time Life Executive Desk Chair was an adaptation of the original Lobby Lounge Chair commissioned for the Time Life building in New York City. Designed for practical use as a professional desk or work chair, the Time Life Executive Desk Chair was brought to a broader public, to homes, offices and conference rooms throughout the US and worldwide. The Executive model was an immediate success and to this day has remained the gold standard in luxury office chairs.

CONDITION
Very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Minor wear to leather of one arm and a few scattered scuffs and marks as per photos.
