This is a beautiful handmade pottery bowl by renowned Kewa (Santo Domingo Pueblo) artists Arthur and Hilda Coriz. Executed in the traditional black-on-red and cream palette associated with Pueblo pottery, the bowl features charming stylized bird motifs alongside a central corn plant design, reflecting themes of nature, agriculture, and daily life deeply rooted in Pueblo artistic tradition.
Arthur and Hilda Coriz are respected San Domingo Pueblo potters known for carrying forward traditional pottery techniques while creating highly decorative and collectible works.
