Fabulous 13.5” Sunflower Incised, Glazed Handpainted Terracotta Decorative Platter, Circa 1970’s.
Large incised terracotta plate with gorgeous organic zig zag edges. Handpainted with a milky white glaze base which offsets four generous sunflowers with leaves attached. Very heavy and substantial piece.
Rustic yet refined. Rich, layered coloration. Made in Italy. Marked on bottom.
Measuring 13.5”dia x 2.5”h.
Great rustic vintage condition. Handcrafted with marks original to firing and handpainting as shown.
