Design & Craftsmanship:
The centerpiece of the lamp is a masterfully cast solid brass cherub (putto) figure holding a fluted classical pillar, displaying a rich, authentic vintage patina. The figure is mounted on a substantial, mounted on a substantial, heavy cream beige marble base with subtle natural veining. that provides excellent stability. The bottom of the marble base features its original protective thick velvet paper lining to prevent scratches on fine furniture surfaces.
The Lampshade:
The lamp is crowned with a stunning, thick frosted and clear glass shade. It features a deep, embossed neoclassical scroll and medallion pattern that diffuses light beautifully, casting a soft, warm, and patterned glow across the room.
