Beautifully proportioned with elongated rear stiles, slender turned legs, and a warm aged walnut-toned finish. The woven rush seat shows authentic age and patina, adding texture and character while remaining structurally sound. Mortise-and-tenon construction throughout with no visible screws or later alterations.

This piece recalls the refined restraint of Italian modern seating from the 1950s–60s, particularly designs in the manner of Gio Ponti and the Leggera tradition.
