Nason & Morreti Co., most likely made by Vincenzo, for the foundry namesake partners, and collaborators, is this hand-blown solid, Murano horse head and neck sculpture with an accentuated mane, and polished beveled edge base bottom. The hand-applied features wold be the eyes, mane, (which was attached to the body, and pliers pulled the graduated horse hair mane, including the end/or tip of mane, near the face, which has a slight curly-q detail, (as one can see in close up of face). Also last image showcases the polished bottom, with a fine beveled edge surround, which is important, that it was constructed so as a protective measure, beyond the design esthetic and preventative for any chipping. If one would to turn and adjust the vantage point and perspective at any given time of day, the enhances area undulations and colorations will either deepen or soften, given the simple and sophisticated color combination utilized in the process. The ammeter's mark rectangular sticker was not adhered, but there was glue residue from the sticker being affixed to front lower base portion, it looked dirty, so we took liberty to lean the sicker off, as it detracted from overall effect, IF ONLY, they had left the sticker on, otherwise it is the real McCoy!. The piece is in excellent condition.
