The lines … Read more Vintage Home is pleased to present this stunning pair of hand-carved espresso stained teak curled arm Spoon Chairs. The lines and design are dramatic featuring ram horn curls under each arm rest. The curl curves out the backs and finishes in a wide curved leg. The front legs are tapered and hold up a flat wide wood seat. The seats are U-shaped. The open-side backs are spoon shaped and flare forward to form flat wide arm rests. The chairs are very dramatic with a Chinoiserie Modern Asian style and are designed after a Kensington chair by designer Stanley Jay Friedman for American luxury furniture manufacturer Brueton. The seat cushions are a taupe duck cotton with zipper closure backs
