This stunning 10.5-inch tall decorative ewer (pitcher) features a rich, deep cobalt blue glaze that serves as a dramatic frame for a central, hand-painted style floral scene. The delicate pink and yellow blossoms are accented by intricate gold-gilt filigree and a classic ornate handle.
Condition & Authenticity
Markings: The base is clearly marked with "GG International" and "Made in Austria," hallmarks of quality European porcelain production from the late 19th to early 20th century.
Structural Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
Glaze Details: There are small, original white areas where the blue glaze did not fully cover the porcelain during the firing process (factory "skips"), which is common in hand-finished antique ceramics and adds to its authentic character.
