Louis XVI style brass mounted mahogany desk with tooled leather top, circa 1980. With an inset tooled leather top and mahogany outer borders, the front side of the frieze with two drawers with brass molding and brass drawer pulls, the back side of the desk with two stationary drawer fronts with brass molding and drawer pulls, resting on turned tapered fluted legs ending in brass sabots. Hand dove tailed drawer construction. Can easily float in a room with nice finish
and brass trim on both sides of the desk. Knee clearance 23.75".
