This substantial wheel-thrown bowl is a strong example of the form, with a wide flaring profile, visible throwing rings, and a soft celadon glaze that pools beautifully toward the interior center. Abstract incised decoration runs across both the exterior and interior walls, worked into the clay before glazing and integrated naturally into the overall surface.
Measures 21.75 inches in diameter by 7.5 inches tall. Unsigned. Very good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Please see all available photographs and consider them as part of the item description.
