Young & Constantin was a renowned American studio art glass partnership based in Shelburne Falls, MA, founded by artists Kathleen Young and the late Chris Constantin. Their highly collectible, signed and numbered hand-blown pieces, often featuring vibrant colors, Sommerso technique, and controlled bubbles (bullicante), were produced from the late 1970s through the 1990s.

They were known for vibrant, multi-colored hand-blown glass, often incorporating cobalt blue, red, yellow, and magenta. They produced vases (bud, trumpet, tall), paperweights, bowls, and perfume bottles, often signed "Young & Constantin" with a production number on the pontil.

The pair worked under the name North River Glass. They operated a studio/gallery in Shelburne Falls until the business was sold in 2018. Their work is largely found on resale markets. See less
