Each chair features an oval medallion back within a molded frame, raised on fluted, tapering legs. The seat rails are shaped and subtly curved, with carved rosette blocks at the corners and restrained ribbon and foliate detailing along the apron. The fauteuils mirror the same design, with gently scrolled arms and upholstered supports, creating a cohesive and balanced suite across all eight pieces. Crafted in the tradition of 18th century French models, the frames show pegged and doweled construction throughout, consistent with quality workshop production.
