The pattern, depicting an 18th Century harbor scene, was designed by American Lillian Gary Taylor in 1917 and was produced for and distributed solely by her with all proceeds going to war charities. Marked in ink Etruria, England and Wedgwood- makers mark also embossed on the bottom.

In good condition considering age and history. The piece is in pristine condition with one flaw- the knob for the lid has been glued on as it presumably broke off at some point. The price reflects this defect. See less
