A pair of mahogany country Chippendale side chairs with rush seats; each retaining an original finish with wonderful patina. A detailed serpentine and eared crest rail above a pierced splat is echoed in seat cornerblocks. Front legs and stretchers are finished by beaded corners and perfectly worn to a rich glow.
