This listing is for a gorgeous antique English grandfather/ long case clock.
This piece dates to the late Georgian Period (early 19th century).
The clock is by Thomas Shakespear of Burton on Trent.
The case has a nice design with inlaid detailing throughout
The movement is an 8 day time and strike with a visible second hand and scrolling moon phase calendar.
The clock comes with its pendulum and weights. The movement was last serviced in 2014.
