There is noticeable chipping to the original lacquer and a few small dings in the pencil reed trim (see photos). These could be touched up or would look incredible with a fresh coat of high-gloss paint for a true Hollywood Regency look. The flamestitch fabric is generally in good condition with no major tears or stains. Zippers on both seat cushions are in working condition. We have priced these to account for these minor cosmetic needs, making them a perfect project for someone looking to customize a high-end Baker classic. less
