As a fine example of Chinese country furniture, this simple cabinet with patina is a useful piece of furniture in the contemporary house. It could serve as a night stand, a hall cabinet. in the bath for toiletries, in the cornier of the family room for games and toys and to fit a nook in the house. The front of the cabinet has a reddish tone pair of doors while the drawer, the top and cabinet sides are of a darker mahogany. The patina on the doors are a bit rough and the hardware is handmade.
The cabinet has a simple form with clean lines. The frame has beaded edges that add interest.
