Offered is a vintage Damascene Syrian mosaic marquetry jewelry/trinket box. It features an intricate Middle Eastern inlaid pattern mix of exotic woods in contrast colors, and a bright red velveteen lining. The lid is attached with 2 brass hinges and opens almost flat in the opposing direction when open, it does not stand up. Perfect on a dresser, on a console, or even to hide your secret stash of... whatever is secret.
