Item: Vintage Secretary Desk in Cherry by Maddox.
Age & Condition: Circa 1960-1970. Good, original finish with a few light scratches. Patina to brass hardware.
Dimensions: 27″ wide x 17.5″ deep x 39.5″ tall.
Cute Vintage secretary desk in solid cherry wood. This petite secretary desk by Maddox Furniture has such a pretty Colonial design and shows nice quality.
Vintage Secretary Desk
Certainly, this vintage secretary desk would be great in a small office or entryway. The desk is quite narrow, and has a small drop front desk surface. Additionally, it has a bank of four drawers, so you still benefit from a good amount of storage.
Style wise, the desk has lovely brass hardware and a nice light cherry finish. It also has a lovely interior with small pigeonholes and drawers. Finally, the desk sits on Queen Anne legs and has a little scroll detail at the apron.

This nice Maddox Furniture desk shows great quality and is in good vintage condition (original finish). It may have light signs of age to the desk surface and a bit of patina to the hardware.
