From … Read more A French adjustable floor mirror from the 1940s, crafted in metal and raised on four small casters for mobility. From Agen in southwestern France, the piece stands at 4.5 feet tall, its rectangular mirror tilting within the frame, secured by wingnut fasteners at the sides. The surface shows softly speckled foxing, its age written across the glass in muted constellations. Architectural in stance, it layers effortlessly into a bedroom, dressing room, or entryway. Sold and priced individually. Condition: Good vintage condition. The metal frame shows oxidation and surface wear throughout consistent with age and use. Mirror glass displays foxing and spotting throughout. Casters roll smoothly. Retains original makers label: Laboubée, Rue Pont-de-la-Garde, Agen. See less
