The frame … Read more A French accent chair from the 1960s, crafted in solid oak in the manner of Guillerme et Chambron. The frame is defined by carved back splats, their elongated cutouts lending rhythm to the vertical lines. Square legs ground the structure, joined by stretchers for support. Upholstered in a textured gray fabric, the cushioned seat offers a soft counterpoint to the oaks natural grain. Condition: Great vintage condition. The oak frame shows light surface wear, small scratches, and subtle marks consistent with age and use. The original upholstery shows very minor discoloration along the edge.
