The Noritake China Goldart (pattern 5290) was produced from 1952 to 1963. It is a vintage pattern known for its elegant, simple design of a classic white finish with a refined gold trim and an inner gold accent line. The Goldart pattern was produced in Japan during the post-World War II period. Pieces often have a backstamp that reads "Noritake China Japan 5290 GOLDART" with a wreath logo.
The simple white and gold look provided a timeless and versatile option for formal dining.

This set consists of the following:
8 Dinner Plates 10.5”in diameter
2 cups 3.25”tall by 3.25”wide
8 Salad Plates 7.5”diameter
4 Coupe Soup Bowls 7.5”diameter

There are no chips or cracks on these dishes however, there is some wear only on the fine inner rim of gold on some pieces. The rims of gold all look great. See less
