Mid Century Danish Modern, iconic kneeling chair “Variable Balans” designed by Peter Opsvik. This one being called “The Original Kneeling Chair”, this early original vintage model was manufactured by Stokke. The seat is mounted solidly on top of 2 precisely curved flexible runners to promote active seating. This one is vintage from the 70’s with original brown wool blend fabric with soft foam. Makers mark attached to the underside.
These chairs strengthens core muscles, reduces tension, enhances deep breathing, blood circulation and healthy posture with its upright position.
Chair fits nicely with all interiors and would be an ideal desk chair or even as a gaming chair.
