This balance is cast iron with attractive turquoise teal and gold painted body which supports the two brass balances. The brasses are all marked and so is the body for Riga Metalists of Latvia. Probably early 20th century and for use in a grocery store.

Condition: Some wear and oxidation to the cast iron and the brass trays. Needs balancing.
