This Mid-Century Italian art glass bowl hand-blown in Murano in the bullicante technique — a controlled bubbles suspended throughout the glass wall, in a rich amber that evidences it's Mid-Century popularity and now more rarified.
Purchased in Murano, Italy in the 1970s. A substantially weighted vessel, bowl, cachepot or nut or candy dish, beautiful stand-alone empty. With its exceptional light refraction, we've used it atop book stacks or adorning coffee and side tables.
