Pair of Danish Lounge Chairs by Lysberg, Hansen & Therp. 1950s.
Pair of armchairs made in Denmark by Lysberg, Hansen & Therp. A couple of traditional neoclassical Danish Rococo style bergere with inspiration from French Louis XV.
Original paint and Jacquard woven upholstery with green floral Trumpet Wine motifs. Loose soft seat cushion.
Makers mark underneath. Lysberg, Therp & Hansen were appointed suppliers of furniture to the Danish and Swedish royal courts.
Very good original condition with light patina consistent with age and use. Natural uniform fading to the fabric. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
