Adorable early 20th century child’s rocker, filled, with memories of French inspired nurseries and cheerful play.
This vintage Berkey and Gay French Empire child’s rocking chair with cane seat and painted medallion is in lovely vintage condition.
Original paint is bright and clear. Pink floral artwork is nicely preserved as are the rockers- especially considering the miles they have travelled.
Cane seat is sturdy with no cracks, paint chips or missing pieces. Great chippy details around seat edges (shown in images) commensurate with age add to her charm.
