Executed using the traditional filigrana technique, colored glass canes are fused and blown to create linear and spiral patterning within the body of the piece. Alternating green and blue stripes spiral dynamically around the bowl, producing a rhythmic surface with subtle movement. The clarity of the glass and precision of the cane alignment reflect the technical control associated with Murano furnaces of the period. The bowl rests on a low circular base in warm golden glass, introducing tonal contrast and grounding the composition visually. While unsigned, the original Murano label remains intact on the underside, providing period authenticity. The form and palette are reminiscent of work associated with Livio Campanella, though no definitive attribution is made.
