Beautiful vintage mid-century high back lounge chair designed by Gerhard Berg, made in Norway by L.K. Hjelle circa 1950's. This piece features a lovely form with high back, carved teak "paws" inset on the arms, and tall teak legs. It has been newly reupholstered in a lightly textured orangish red fabric, with button tufting and an adjustable or removable headrest. The legs and the wood on the arms have been refinished.
29.5" wide, 33" deep, 39.5" high, 17" seat height.
