Vintage Mid-Century Pair of Liljan "Lily" Candlesticks Designed by Ivar Ålenius Björk & Made by Ystad-Metall of Sweden. They also have the "Tbe=Ronst" marking - which I am not able to
Per FilmandFurniture.com, ". . . the candlestick called "Lily" was designed by Ivar Ålenius Björk (1905 – 1978) and was part of series of brass candlesticks for a Swedish manufacturer called Ystad-Metall that closed down in 1969.
This iconic design was on display at the 1939 New York World’s Fair and has become a modern design classic that has been featured in many international design magazines.
We’ve spotted the Lily candlestick in Mad Men and the Aretha Franklin biopic Respect."
They each measure: 8" wide x 4.75" tall x 3.125" wide at the base.
