This set of nine charming soup plates comes from the Badonviller factory. It is the "Les Roses" pattern, dating from the 1940s.
The plates are made of white glazed earthenware and decorated in the center with a stenciled design of stylized roses in delicate shades of blue and pink. The rim is highlighted by a border in a deep burgundy color, which harmoniously structures and frames the floral motif.
These floral ceramics, which once adorned our grandparents' sideboards, are now enjoying a new life. They bring a touch of whimsy to retro table settings.
Signed on the base, the plates are in exceptional condition for their age. They have clearly seen very little use.
