The elongated, arched mirror, elegantly austere in its proportions, rises from a sturdy base. Anchoring the piece is a richly grained wood plinth supporting an embossed metal pedestal, its rhythmic diamond motifs rendered in bold relief.

This tactile patterning recalls the textural preoccupations of Italian Brutalism, where materiality and surface played equal roles in spatial expression. Flanking the mirror are twin vertical metal brackets, emphasizing the clean verticality of the design.

Condition: Great vintage condition, with a patinated finish to the metal and minor scuffs to the wood base, mostly near the bottom. The original mirror glass displays beautiful foxing around the edges, along with a small chip along the top. See less
