Offered for sale is a vintage Maitland Smith tessellated stone and inlay brass trunk with a hinged lid that serves as a small side table, with hidden storage. The piece is a large version of a classic Maitland-Smith decorative tessellated dresser box. The box or trunk is lined with felt.
