Original "Butterfly" chair in black lacquered metal and original cognac-colored leather/suede.
Designed by Jorge Hardoy-Ferrari. Manufactured from 1947 to 1975 by Knoll International. An absolutely authentic piece in good vintage condition with signs of wear and patina.
The leather is in very good condition – all seams are intact and the frame has been refinished. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
