Offered for sale is a substantial and beautifully crafted Jacobean Revival paneled oak settle, also known as a monk’s bench or hall bench with storage, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century.

This impressive piece features classic Jacobean design elements including deeply recessed geometric paneling, heavy architectural moldings, and bold corner posts topped with carved dome finials. The rich, dark oak grain and solid construction give the bench a strong presence, making it ideal for an entryway, dining room, library, or Tudor-style interior.
