This vintage c.1940's bamboo etagere features three woven wrapped shelves supported by a bamboo frame with turned post finials topped … Read more This vintage c.1940's bamboo etagere features three woven wrapped shelves supported by a bamboo frame with turned post finials topped with decorative beehive shaped caps. The back includes a bamboo spindle gallery rail at the top shelf. The shelves are constructed from woven cane or rattan over wood, and the frame shows natural bamboo segments with a dark finish. The piece measures 39 inches tall by 18.25 inches wide by 14.25 inches deep. The bottom shelf opening is 12 inches tall and the middle shelf opening is 10.5 inches tall. The etagere is in good overall condition with age appropriate wear to the woven shelves including some staining and surface marks as shown.
