Huge antique Meat Platter made in England around 1820. Pearlware made in Staffordshire and part of the Net pattern. The color of the dish is a beautiful, strong blue. The eye is drawn in to the central medallion which rests on "netting". Surrounding the center are four panels decorated with chinoiserie scenes. Between the panels are four lotus blossoms in bloom.
