This vintage mid-century Italian tin-glazed majolica pottery serving platter and bowl will brighten your table with it's sunny yellow rim and hand painted hibiscus interior.. Marked, numbered and made in Palermo. This belonged to my grandmother and was rarely used as it was mainly decor in her china cabinet. As a child I thought it looked like it was smiling out amidst her more formal Faience pieces, proud of how different and simple it was. Always in a non-smoking home.
