The only markings I can find on the bottom of the chair is "Made in Itlay". I My grandmother only purchased high quality furniture. I also know she bought a lot of items form Marshal Fields & Co. in Chicago. I have seen this chair in my grandmothers home from the early 1980's. I'm sure the material is original and in excellent condition. See less
