A beautiful large rose medallion bowl around mid-Qing (Daoguang reign); there are three layers of painting at the inside: butterfly/peony/bird at the top layer, peach/litchi/chayote/peony in the middle layer, and six bats/shou(long-life) at the bottom, with a center painting representing all of these happiness/longevity/prosperity symbols.
Two layers on the outside with similar pattern seen on the inside.
The painting is well preserved; both the paint and the base indicate that it is very likely a Daoguang (道光) piece.
