This piece combines the elegance of a natural form with exquisite finishes, ideal for sophisticated settings or collections of designer ceramics.

subject and style: the centerpiece is modeled after a triple shell (clover), joined at the center by a sculptural handle reminiscent of a branch or coral. The surface is entirely coated in a brilliant, intense and uniform emerald green (or jade green) glaze. The design is embellished with rich highlights in pure gold that emphasize the ribs of the shells, the edges, and the handle, creating a luxurious contrast typical of the hollywood regency or art nouveau revival style.

material and finish: made of fired-glazed ceramic/majolica. The gold signature of the designer/manufacturer "cat g.t." is featured on the bottom. The quality of the enameling is excellent.
