This pair of antique architectural fragments from Italy have been hand-carved with a pair of fishes flanking a shell at center, surrounded by various foliate and a flower centered at the upper crest rail. They are each presented upon on a custom black iron base. The backsides remain un-adorned so best to have them facing out from a wall or bookcase. These early 20th century Italian carved wood fragments on stands are just shy of 1.5 feet in height. See less
