This vibrant vintage iridescent pressed glass lidded jar likely dates to the 1970s–1980s and features a classic pedestal candy dish form with a fluted body and domed lid topped by a pointed finial. In the style of Fenton, Indiana and Northwood Glass makers. The glass has a beautiful peacock blue tone with an iridescent finish that shifts in the light, giving the surface a subtle carnival-style shimmer. The elegant pedestal silhouette and vibrant color make this piece both decorative and functional. It works wonderfully as a candy jar, vanity jar, or small apothecary vessel for cotton balls, bath salts, or keepsakes.
