These panels on this polished cotton (decorator weight) fabric celebrate some of Aubrey Beardsley's most celebrated black and white works., many of which were originally created for the avant-garde journal 'The Yellow Book' in 1894. The panels include: La Dame aux Camélias (the woman in the oversized coat at the dressing table), John Lumsden, Ex Libris (based on a bookplate), and The Driving of Cupid from the Garden. Can be used for curtains, wall hangings, quilting, clothing, art to frame as art. This vintage fabric form 1960s or 1970s is no longer produced, making it hard to find, especially such a large intact piece with 4 and a half panels. See less
