This gorgeous large print (see measurements below), is framed with a painted aged gold frame, beautifully triple matted and protected with glass. The exterior matboard is a dark gray color, the second matboard is a beautiful geometric repetitive circular pattern with a faux marble border, and the interior matboard is red to match the bird's belly.

This is a classic REPRODUCTION of a 19th Century ornithological illustration by the famed English naturalist and artist John Gould. This print came directly out of a Naples, FL estate and was purchased in the Late 20th Century from the well known luxury home furnishings company John-Richard, as stated on the label on verso.

EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. No flaws whatsoever. Strong wire for easy hanging. Designer/Decorator ready.
