This is a beautiful, vintage, ornate brass picture frame. Presumed to be early to mid-20th century. It has an ornate scrolled filigree decoration on each end. It can be used as a picture frame or a decorative tray. It still has the name of the person who inspected it when it was manufactured, and it even has the original teeny tiny nails inside. It is in excellent condition. The glass is still intact, and the frame is in great condition with minor signs of wear consistent with a brass vintage item. The felt backing is in excellent condition as well
