Stunning royal velvet blue and thick gold gilt on soft paste porcelain for which Limoges is known. A phenomenal royal violet blue oval edge frames a white center sprinkled with hand painted depictions of the Florentine fleur-de-lis symbol, edged in heavy gold gilt.
Marked J.P over L., indicating that the white porcelain piece was made in the Pouyat factory after 1842.
