This antique custard glass spooner was produced by the Northwood Glass Company in Wheeling, West Virginia, circa 1904–1908, during the golden age of American pressed glass. Featuring the highly collectible Chrysanthemum Sprig pattern, the piece showcases raised floral detailing accented with original hand-applied enamel decoration. Made with uranium-bearing custard glass, it exhibits a vivid green glow when UV light is shining inside the piece, a hallmark prized by collectors. Originally intended for serving spoons on Victorian and Edwardian tables, this form is equally suited today as a decorative accent or small vase, aligning beautifully with Victorian, Cottagecore, Grandmillennial, and traditional décor styles.
