This vintage set of ten Drexel Esperanto dining chairs reflects the refined, globally inspired design that defines the collection. Crafted from richly toned wood, the chairs feature tall ladder backs with carved crest rails, gently curved legs, and shaped stretchers that add both elegance and visual balance. Upholstered seats provide a soft contrast to the sculptural frames, creating a timeless look well suited to a formal dining room or thoughtfully layered interior. Offered as a set, with 2 armchairs and 8 side chairs, they make a striking statement around a large dining table.

The wood frames are sturdy and well preserved, showing light, age-appropriate surface wear consistent with use. The upholstered seat fabric shows visible wear, including areas of fraying, thinning, and small splits on several chairs, consistent with age and long-term use. Wear is most noticeable on the seat surfaces and edges. Cushions remain intact and usable, and the upholstery is secure, though a buyer may choose to reupholster to refresh the set. less
